heralded designer Karl Lagerfeld has presented himself as a bit of an enigma.

In an attempt to understand a man that has such a huge impact on fashion,

filmmaker Rodolphe Marconi set out to create the Lagerfeld Confidential,

a film which features an in-depth look into Lagerfeld's life.

Everything from his design process and interviews to partying with the stars are seen

in a film which entered the cutting room with over 150 hours of filming.
